Glen Kelleway
Glen Kelleway is an experienced mortgage broker with more than 20 years in the Canadian mortgage industry, helping homeowners, investors and families structure financing around both their immediate needs and longer-term financial goals.
His work goes beyond simply arranging a mortgage. Glen focuses on mortgage strategy, refinancing, renewals, debt consolidation, rental-property financing and the effective use of home equity. As a Smith Manoeuvre Certified Professional™, he also helps suitable homeowners understand and implement mortgage structures designed to support The Smith Manoeuvre.
Glen believes mortgage decisions should be made as part of a broader financial strategy. When appropriate, he works collaboratively with clients’ accountants, financial advisors and other professionals to help ensure the mortgage structure supports the client’s overall objectives.
He serves clients throughout British Columbia and other Canadian provinces where licensed.
